8. Limitation of Liability

ZMCOR's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements.

9. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (including Zoho applications). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in service agreements. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided.

These terms are governed by applicable international business law. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
